Order Processing: Once an order is placed, we take 1 - 3 working days to process it. Orders placed during the week typically take one working day, but if ordered on a Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take slightly longer. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of being placed. A 15% fee will be applied for cancelled orders after 24 hours of notice.
Delivery: Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched for delivery, which usually takes an average of 7-9 working days.
If located in Canada, USA or Australia the delivery times is 5-6 days once shipped.

- Review the address details on the "Checkout" page. Please note that shipping and delivery costs are covered by us.

Shipping Costs: We are pleased to offer free shipping for all orders over $50.
Once items are shipped, you will receive an automatic notification from our system which will provide your tracking details.
